Shipping Policy

FREE SHIPPING

Sampson Kouture offers free shipping on orders of $25 or more. For your convenience, we offer flat rate shipping which is determined by your location and preferred transit time. We apologize for the inconvenience, but we do not ship to P.O. boxes at this time.

ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES

  • Priority Mail: 5-7 business days

  • First Class Mail: 1-3 business days

  • Priority Mail Express: Next Day

SHIPPING CHARGES

Orders within the continental United States:  (Price may vary based upon location)

  • Priority Mail (3-5 business days):  $10.00

  • First Class Mail (1-3 business days): $12.90

  • Priority Mail Express (next day): $25.00

International orders

  • Standard Shipping $18

RUSH DELIVERY DROP OFF

Orders within the 5 boroughs of NYC (Price may vary based upon location) will be dropped of to your home.

  • Queens: $12

  • Brooklyn: $17

  • Manhattan: $16

  • Bronx: $20

  • Staten Island: $25

Drop Off Hours:

Monday - Thursday: 10:00a.m. - 8:00 p.m.

Friday - Sunday: 10:00a.m. - 7:00 p.m.

  • ID & order confirmation is required for all pick up.

  • Any drop off request outside of hours will be additional $10. Must be sent through Zelle or Cash App before drop off

  • All orders must be placed before 8:00 a.m. of drop off date. (Example: If you want your order for the same day it must be placed before 8:00a.m.) (All orders should be placed the night prior).

  • If someone else is picking up your order you must contact us by email or text with the appropriate information. They must have proper ID & a order confirmation as well. 

SHIPPING DEADLINES

We strive to ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible. To make sure your order ships to meet the expedited shipping deadline, your order must be placed and your payment must be authorized before 12PM EST. All orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day. Please allow up to two business days processing time in addition to standard delivery time based on your selected shipping method.
 

UNEXPECTED DELAYS

On rare occasions, such as the holiday season and special sales, delays in processing may occur. Your business is important to us, so if your order is unexpectedly delayed, feel free to send us an email Kouture@SampsonKouture.com

 

Queens Macy’s Curb Side Pick Up

Sampson Kouture will be offering pick outside of Queens Center Macy’s 

Pick Up Hours: 

  • Monday - Thursday: 10:00a.m. - 7:00 p.m.

  • Friday - Sunday: 10:00a.m. - 8:00 p.m.

  • Late Pick Up: 8:00 p.m. - 10:30 p.m. (Not guaranteed)

Pick- Up Fee’s 

Please Read Carefully 

  • Late picks will be charged a $10 fee. The fee has to be paid prior to pick up. Can be paid through Zelle, Cash App, PayPal or an invoice. PayPal payments will be an extra 2% will be added to process the payment. 

  • Please arrive at the appropriate time you confirmed for pick-up. If you are late there will be a $5 fee for every 15 minutes. 

Important:

  • ID & order confirmation is required for all pick up.

  • If someone else is picking up your order you must contact us by email or text with the appropriate information. They must have proper ID & a order confirmation as well. 

Lost and Returned Packages

You should ensured the shipping address provided was correct upon placing the order. If by any chance the address provided is incorrect and the package is delivered back to our warehouse, your are responsible for a $10 shipping fee in order for us to ship it again. Sampson Kouture is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your packages was delivered to your address and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service at 1-(800)-275-877. Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim too USPS. Once the package leaves our facility and it is with the mail carrier we are no longer responsible or liable. By placing your order, you acknowledge you have read our policy and that Sampson Kouture will not be held responsible for delayed packages or delivery issues by USPS.

Customer Service and Credit Policy

  • If you're not satisfied for any reason with your first purchase of Sampson Kouture undergarments, we’ll solve the issue by by giving you store credit. Just Contact Us with your order number or receipt and confirm your store credit to get something more comfortable.

  • Only applies to your first Undergarment [of each type], per customer.

  • All requests must be made within 7 days of delivery (for online orders) or purchase (for in store orders).

  • For all other returns and exchanges, please see our standard return policy below.

          Our Standard Return Policy

  • Returns are authorized for unworn Products with all tags and labels attached. Intimate garments containing a crotch cannot be returned once they have been worn or tried on. For this reason, Panties, Thongs, Underwear etc., are all FINAL SALE.

  • Where a Product is authorized for return, you can return by mail. To return by mail, please submit your request here. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to Contact Us.

  • Returns / Exchanges must be made within 7 days of delivery. 

  • Upon delivery, you accept sole responsibility for your orders.

  • All items must be unworn, unwashed, with hang tags attached and in original packaging.

  • For any authorized return or exchange, we’ll cover the return shipping for packages being shipped from the lower 48 states using a carrier of our choosing. You'll get a prepaid label from our Support Team by email once you contact us.

  • Once your item(s) reach our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 10 business days.

  • Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Undergarment Policy

  • If you're not satisfied for any reason with your first purchase of Sampson Kouture undergarment, we’ll solve the issue by by giving you store credit. Just Contact Us with your order number or receipt and confirm your exchange to get something more comfortable.

  • Only applies to your first Undergarment [of each type], per customer.

  • If you choose to replace the Undergarment, we will ship the item to you free of charge.
